ORDERS AND DELIVERY

www.alika.in reserves the right to accept or reject the order at its sole discretion. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless otherwise stated in our return and refund policy. Alika is not liable for any damages due to wrong deliveries on account of incorrect names or addresses provided by the user.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The above terms and conditions and disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
