Dispatch Timelines
All pieces are handcrafted by women artisans in Kerala. Dispatch timelines depend on the type of product:

We ship via India Speed Post. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)
Partial COD means you pay a part of your order online at checkout and the remaining balance in cash when your order is delivered.
- Partial COD is available on select products up to ₹10,000.
- An advance of ₹1,000 is collected online at checkout (UPI, card or net banking). This advance is part of your order total, not an extra charge.
- The remaining amount is paid in cash to the delivery partner on delivery.
- Partial COD is not available on orders that include add-on services (blouse stitching, fall & pico).
Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, your ₹1,000 advance will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, production may have begun and the advance is non-refundable.
Refused or uncollected deliveries: Please keep the balance amount ready on delivery day. If the order is not collected when the courier arrives and we need to send it again, the courier charges will be payable by the customer before the order is re-dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship to the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UK, USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, and Canada. International orders are prepaid only. A 5% surcharge applies to cover international payment processing. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination.
