Partial COD

What is Partial COD?

Partial COD means you pay ₹1,000 online at checkout to confirm your order, and the remaining balance in cash when your order is delivered. The ₹1,000 is part of your order total, not an extra charge.

Why is ₹1,000 collected in advance?

Every Alika piece is handcrafted by our women artisans. The advance confirms that your order is genuine so we can reserve your piece, pack it with care and ship it without delay.

Is Partial COD available on all orders?

Partial COD is available on select products up to ₹10,000. It is not available on orders that include add-on services such as blouse stitching or fall & pico.

Can I cancel a Partial COD order?

Yes. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, your ₹1,000 advance is refunded in full. After 24 hours, production may have begun and the advance is non-refundable.

What if I am not available to collect my order on delivery?

Please keep the balance amount ready on delivery day. If the order is not collected when the courier arrives and we need to send it again, the courier charges will be payable by the customer before the order is re-dispatched.
