Refunds/Cancellations

In case of a return we request you to send a detailed mail to alikafabs@gmail.com  within 3-4 days of receipt of the product.


•    We will then send a update, if the return can be accepted we will mail a confirmation together with a return authorization form, this form and the mail will explain the procedure to return the product(s). If the reason of the return is due to mistake on our side, we promise to refund the price of the returned products. Please be noted that refunds will take 3-5 working days to be processed from the banks. Please realize that the time taken is towards the bank's processing and not just to initiate the refund, which we would do promptly. Any undue delays from the banks that we foresee, would be communicated to the customers promptly. Refunds can be processed only through the same channel  as the payment’s been done and cannot be interchanged with any other mode. For refunds of cash deposits, we initiate a cheque refund which would also take 3-5 working days to process.
•    You may now proceed to send the package back to us. It must reach us within 15 days for Domestic delivery and 30 days for International delivery.(Date considered is Date of Delivery)
•    Alika not liable to pay the return shipment charges
•    Exchange / Return product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and un-customized i.e no saree finishing package must be added to product.
•    For Full Price Merchandise if the product does not reach us within 30 days from Date of Delivery, product is not eligible for return.
•    For SALE Price Merchandise if the product does not reach us within 15 days from Date of Delivery, product is not eligible for return.

RETURN BY COURIER MODE
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your Debit / Credit card / Net Banking / PayPal account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.
We will deduct Rs.200 (for domestic delivery) from your order refund for return postage if the same is borne by Alika . If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The Rs.200 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. In case of International returns if package reaches Alika  and we incur a cost then it will be deducted from the return settlement amount.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
